Terms of Business and Guarantee.

These terms and conditions will not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

Our prices are subject to “VAT” at the current rates.

We require a 50% deposit from the customer prior to commencing works. The balance to be paid by either bank transfer or cash on the final day of installation. We do not accept cheques.

We may withdraw our quotation and withhold delivery of the Goods if your account is outstanding to an extent which we regard as unreasonable or for any other reason which gives us doubts about your ability to pay.

The ‘customer’ is required to maintain all Timber products in accordance with manufacturers recommendations.

Ecosash Ltd remain the owner of items until the ‘customer’ has paid in full.

Complaints.
If the ‘customer’ has reason for complaint, please contact us either by e mail or telephone as soon as possible. We will do our very best to rectify any problem.

Guarantee
We Guarantee our timber products for a period of 5 years against manufacturing defects. ‘Accoya’ which is the species of timber our products are made from have a separate guarantee against rot or fungal decay, details of which are found on the Accoya Webpage.

On our factory made joinery we only use Ankerstuy microporous paint finishes, spray applied to the manufacturers recommendations, which are fully guaranteed, details can be found on the Ankerstuy Webpage. We apply two Primer Undercoats and one Topcoat.

We guarantee all hardware, locks, handles, catches, fasteners, spring balance mechanisms, for a period of 12 months.

Glass, sealed units. 
Minor imperfections will be inspected and dealt with in accordance with the guidelines set out by the Glass & Glazing Federation.
Sealed units are guaranteed for a period of 5 years.

Ecosash Ltd will not be held responsible for any issues with products that have suffered through misuse, lack of maintenance, or neglect.
